Daz offers free and paid characters. The main program is free with some characters.

There are other places to download more free and paid characters.

Simple Animation isn't so hard.

The sig tags below i made using an animation program. They're not to hard, but they are time consuming. Again if there's an interest i will add links to tutorials also.
