In Memory of

This is my attempt to honor the faithful companions that have shared our lives. They gave us joy and laughter and unconditional love. Our moods never changed they way they felt about us. They loved us when we were happy or sad, mad or glad. All they wanted was to please us and to maybe receive a little pat on the head in return was enough for them. All they wanted was to be with us, to follow us where we went and to be by our side. They waited patiently when we would leave them behind,

Now they wait one more time for our return.

This is Sammy. She lived with mom and dad for seventeen years. It took dad over a year before he could get another companion. Sammy was friendly and loved everyone and got along with other animals too. She loved going places, traveled well and enjoyed camping too.

Lucky for me that he took his time or he might of missed me.

Sean Connery is featured on another page, but he just passed from heart failure in March 2009. I called him my Uncle, but you could tell we weren't related. He was dad's Uncle's companion and he was well cared for.

Uncle inherited him from a friend that was very ill and couldn't care for Sean anymore. So he gave him a good home with love and the best medical care he could give him.

This is Eddie. He passed a couple of years ago and his sister on the right missed him.

This is Daisy,She passed the year after Eddie did. We think she died of a broken heart.
